BE A FOSTER PARENT:
Chintu and charlie
Both the dogs were abandoned and in critical condition was nursed from a 3 weeks old pup with a smashed leg, which needed amputation. His eventual recovery is a tribute to the skill of cupa vets.Chintu had malformed limbs.today she is a little shadow of the shelter staff and follows them around on their round of duties,
Guddi
Guddi
,blind dog was brought to cupa shelter on 23rd september 2000.After detailed examination, she was found to have severe cataract at a fairly young age which is let loose in shelter and is now permanent resident. She loves to have a good jostle with the other dogs and nudge to be the first one to get a caress from visitors.it is amazing to see how she moves around guided by her keen sense of smell
Luxmi
Our 3-legged resident is undoubtedly the leader of the pack at the CUPA shelter and makes it her business to know each and everyone's issues too.Her favourite place is right below the Managers's table!
Hero
" Hero "..came to CUPA in a state of mangled flesh and bones since he was tied to 'Matador Van' and dragged 5 km by its cruel owner .A case has been filed against the owner and action is being taken against him, meanwhile ,Hero has made a remarkable recovery at CUPA shelter.
